Privacy policy

What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, and MC number, along with your equipment, fleet size, and whatever you wrote about your lanes. That is the only personal information this site asks you for.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server request information such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL. We use the IP address to rate-limit the contact form so it cannot be used to flood our inbox.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to reply to you and, if you become a customer, to dispatch your truck. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you filled in the contact form.

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our transactional email provider, and arrive in our inbox at dispatch@sahelm.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and shows no consent banner, because it has nothing to ask consent for. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and choose a provider that does not require one.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted from our inbox within twelve months. Customer records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as tax and business record requirements need, then deleted.

Your choices

Email us at dispatch@sahelm.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form and no process — just ask.

Children

This is a service for commercial motor carriers. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
