Carrier packet setup
Freight goes to whoever is set up. A carrier who is still gathering documents when the broker calls has already lost the load.
The problem
Stated without hedging.
Every broker wants the same core documents and every broker wants them in a slightly different form. New authorities lose days to this — a certificate of insurance that names the wrong certificate holder, a W-9 with a mismatched legal name, an authority letter nobody can find.
It gets worse when documents expire. Insurance certificates renew annually and a lapsed COI on file will stop a broker's system cold, usually on the morning you needed the load.
None of this is difficult. It is just administrative work that has to be done correctly and kept current, and it is nobody's favorite hour of the week.
What we do
Specific enough that you can hold us to it.
- We assemble the full packet once
- FMCSA operating authority letter with your MC and DOT numbers, W-9 with the EIN and legal name that match your authority, certificate of insurance at the coverage brokers actually require, equipment list with VINs, and a notice of assignment if you factor.
- We handle setup with each broker
- Their form, their portal, their signature process. Same day where their system allows it.
- We keep it current
- Insurance renewals get refiled with every broker you are set up with before they lapse, not after a load falls through.
- We check what brokers will check
- Your FMCSA authority status, your safety record, and your insurance filings are all public. We look at what a broker's vetting system sees before it becomes a surprise.
What it costs when nobody does this
A missing notice of assignment means the broker pays you directly, which puts you in breach of your factoring agreement. A stale certificate of insurance means a load you had agreed to falls through on the morning. Both are entirely preventable.

Hotshot dispatch
Hotshot works when the freight is urgent, light, and priced for speed. It stops working the moment someone treats a one-ton as a semi.
Power only dispatch
Power only trades trailer ownership for someone else's terms. Whether that is a good trade is arithmetic, and it is worth actually doing.
Paperwork and compliance
Rate confirmations read properly, documents filed where you can find them, and deadlines that do not arrive as a surprise.
Truck dispatching
We work your lanes, plan the week as a whole, and put loads under you that make sense together.
