Who we are

What this site is not

Nothing on this website is a binding offer, a quote, or a contract. Dispatch service begins only under a separate written dispatch agreement signed by both parties.

We are a dispatch service, not a freight broker. We do not hold brokerage authority, we do not take possession of freight, and we are not a party to any contract of carriage. We act as the agent of the carrier, under the carrier’s own operating authority.

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice. Content about carrier packets, compliance obligations, and regulatory thresholds is general information and may be out of date or wrong for your situation. Verify anything that matters with FMCSA, your insurance agent, or a professional.

Market data and the calculator

Rate figures on this site are national averages published by third parties, and we cite the source and the reporting period beside them. They describe the market in aggregate, not your lane, and they are historical. Nobody, including us, can tell you what a load will pay before it is negotiated.

The settlement calculator is an estimating tool that uses the numbers you put into it. Its output is arithmetic, not a projection, a promise, or a quote. It excludes fixed costs including truck payments, insurance, maintenance, permits, and your own pay. Do not make a business decision on its output alone.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to send unsolicited commercial messages, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or to attempt to gain access to systems you are not authorised to use.

Liability

This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
